Turn your walk into a wonderful exploration.
This Nature Explorer is a book that contains a range of photographs to highlight the seasons.
It is best used to search for and notice a range of seasonal reminders.
For inspiration each page shows a range of potential objects you might discover - you might even find something else!
How it works
Plan a short walk near you. It might be a local park, area of natural beauty or your very own garden. Make sure you familiarise yourself with the book beforehand.
Whilst walking, search for some of the seasonal reminders inside the book and check out the helpful questions to ask along the way.
When you think you have spotted something, look inside and check it is the same.
If you want to know the names of the flowers/trees, look on the back page.

What people say
Our products are tested and reviewed by people living with dementia and their carers to make sure they are fit for purpose. We use the feedback to decide which products to stock and to help with the information and advice we give.
The feedback also forms the basis of a regular consumer panel article in our Dementia together magazine which may help you to decide if the product is suitable for you.
We encourage customers to review our products so if you decide to make a purchase we would be very pleased if you could add a review.
