Coronavirus update on delivery information.
Keeping up-to-date with our delivery partners, we recommend allowing an extra working day for delivery. We are keeping up with the latest government health and hygiene advice and will keep these details updated as often as we can.
Public Health England (PHE) has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus (COVID-19). From experience with other coronaviruses, we know that these types of virus don't survive long on objects, such as letters or parcels.
UK Standard – There may be a delay on your orders with to couriers experiencing delays due to the Coronavirus situation.
Our standard postage and packing prices to any UK postal address are:
Standard UK delivery up to £10 £2.95
Standard UK delivery over £10 £4.95
With all orders you will be sent a tracking link via email so that you can keep track of your order at all times.
We aim to process your order promptly and despatch within 1 working day, on a 3-5 working day delivery service. Some products are despatched directly from the supplier and may take longer to arrive, however we aim for these orders to be with you within 5-7 working days.
Next Day delivery – We are suspending the guaranteed delivery service at the moment, due to our delivery partners delivery speed delays due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation.
Europe – Due to some restrictions in European countries please contact us if you would place and order to a European country and we’ll check the availability at that time. This is changing daily and we cannot guarantee delivery to all areas of Europe at this time.
International shipping – Please contact us if you would place an International order and we’ll check the availability at that time. This is changing daily and we cannot guarantee International delivery at this time.
Changes to our delivery procedure - In relation to signatures a receiving items in the UK. The courier will not be handing over the hand-held devices for electronic signatures, but will instead log the first and last name of the person accepting the item and then use a code instead of a signature. The geolocation of the delivery will be captured at a safe distance.
For customers who are unable to come to the door or are self-isolation, a customer contact card will be left in the usual way for a friend or family member (who is not resident with someone who is self-isolating) to collect the parcel from their local Parcel Force depot or Post office branch, shown on the card. Please take a long a form of ID in the name of the person the item is addressed to.
Our delivery partners have also adjusted their capturing of Proof of Delivery (POD) information on the doorstep in respect of COVID-19 rules. It is now expected that a new process involving hand over of deliveries whilst maintaining 2 metres safe distance and manual recording of name or ID or special number is in place.
