I’ve given this product a 5 star review as the features looked great. Purchased for my mum who has moderate memory loss and was beginning to struggle with her iPhone. We both liked the features of this phone. Ordered online and quickly received. The phone was well packaged with a comprehensive user guide. Phone looked good, however it is a big hand set. Probably more suited to a man. Due to its size see sent it back for a refund. There is a smaller version however on reflection, going from an Apple device to an Android device we decided would be too much of a challenge. Phone returned unused for refund. Refund processed promptly. Thank you Alzheimers Shop for having a refund policy that allows you explore a product and return it without fear of being stuck with it.

I bought this phone for my mother who has vascular dementia. I had to set it up for her but she finds it mush easier to use than her old phone. I like the way the the phone is set up, it's easy to navigate, with large fonts, and a good loud volume when speaking on the phone. I also like that the speed dial for the numbers she calls the most is a simple one touch selection of a photo of the person she is calling. It still has all the functionality of a smart phone but is set up with some thought of how to make the phone simple and easy to use.

I had the emporia smart 5, I wanted a 5g which this one is, it's got a larger screen, easy to set up, bigger icons on the screen which are easy to see, I love the instruction book you get with the phone, the choice of charger, the usb cable or the cradle charger, the phone cover, it might seem a lot of money, but it's well worth the money, with everything you get in the box, plus the phone feels like quality, you can add a memory card too.
