If a product is unsuitable or you’re unhappy we offer a 28-day return policy for any product purchased from our website.

We will replace the goods or refund your money, providing the product is returned as delivered, in it's original packaging, complete and undamaged.

Postage costs will not be refunded.

Faulty or damaged products

If your goods are faulty or damaged in transit, please contact us first on 0333 366 0035 (local rate) or at to arrange a return or a replacement (this is in addition to your statutory rights). The reason for this is:

  • The fault may be to do with set up or something that can be fixed with remote support
  • It might be quicker to send you replacement parts
  • If the product needs to be returned, we can offer collection options
  • If the product needs to be exchanged, we can reserve it for you
  • We may need to contact the supplier of the product and share your contact details so that they can advise or send replacement parts or product directly to you

Returns process

Return any goods for a refund or replacement to Alzheimer’s Trading Ltd, PO Box 8032, Eagle Avenue, Kettering, NN16 6WZ. Please pack any goods returned securely to prevent damage in transit.

Please include our completed  returns note as we cannot accept returns or process refunds without this. Please include:

  • Order number
  • Full name and contact details
  • Item details
  • Reason for return

We would recommend that you use a signed for service.

We reserve the right to return the product to you if it is not in as delivered, in its original packaging, complete and undamaged. If you are in any doubt please contact us first on 0333 366 0035 (local rate) or at 

Processing your refund

All refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving a return, depending upon payment method, funds may take an extra 3 working days to appear in your account. If you placed your order online, you'll receive an email confirmation once we've processed your refund.
