Refund policy

If a product is unsuitable or you’re unhappy we offer a 28-day hassle-free return policy for any product purchased from our website. We will immediately replace the goods or refund your money, whichever you prefer. All we ask is that the product is returned as delivered. Postage costs will not be refunded.

Faulty or damaged products

If your goods are faulty or damaged in transit, please contact us first on 0333 366 0035 (local rate) or at Alzheimers.shop@partridgesuk.com to arrange a return or a replacement (this is in addition to your statutory rights). The reason for this is:

  • The fault may be something we can fix with remote support
  • It might be quicker to send you replacement parts
  • If the product needs to be returned, we can offer collection options
  • If the product needs to be exchanged, we can reserve it for you

Returns process

Return any goods for a refund or replacement to Alzheimer’s Trading Ltd, PO Box 8032, Eagle Avenue, Kettering, NN16 6WZ. Please pack any goods returned securely to prevent damage in transit.

We would also ask you to print out and include a returns note to speed our process. Please always include:

  • Order number
  • Full name and contact details
  • Item details
  • Reason for return

We would recommend that you use a signed for service.

Processing your refund

All refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving a return, depending upon payment method, funds may take an extra 3 working days to appear in your account. If you placed your order online, you'll receive an email confirmation once we've processed your refund.
