Missed a delivery?

For customers who are unable to come to the door, a customer contact card will be left in the usual way for a friend or family member to collect the parcel from their local Parcel Force depot or Post office branch, shown on the card. Please take a long a form of ID in the name of the person the item is addressed to.

Signing for a parcel

It is now accepted practice for the courier to log the first and last name of the person accepting the item and then use a code or a photograph of the parcel being delivered at the address instead of a signature. The geolocation of the delivery will be captured at a safe distance.
