Welcome to our online shop!

Our Online Shop sells a wide range of assistive products designed to help with everyday life for people living with dementia and their carers. Our products are tested and reviewed by people affected by dementia; this helps us decide which products to feature and with the advice and guidance we give.

We’d love you to add your reviews to help others with their decisions. We’d also like to hear your thoughts about our shop and product range and any questions or ideas you have. Please email us at trading@alzheimers.org.uk.

We also check our competitors offer to make sure we offer the best prices. Look out for VAT relief prices in pink. People living with dementia and people purchasing on their behalf can buy many of our products VAT free – a saving of 20% off the retail price. Delivery

Your order will be processed promptly and we expect to deliver in three to five working days, however some products are despatched directly from the supplier and may take longer to arrive so please allow up to 14 days for standard delivery.

Returns

If a product is unsuitable or you’re unhappy we offer a 28-day return policy for any product purchased from our website.

We will replace the goods or refund your money, providing the product is returned as delivered, in it's original packaging, complete and undamaged.

Postage costs will not be refunded.
