The Doro Leva X10 mobile phone is a super simple, easy-to-use mobile ideal for people living with dementia or dexterity issues and who would benefit from a simpler, safer and more user-friendly phone experience.

It is easy to hold, hear and make calls with and can also limit incoming calls to trusted and authorised callers only. Four large and clearly labelled speed dial buttons make it easy to reach frequent contacts without having to navigate any menus.

    Special features for relatives or carers include selectable user modes which make it easy to set up the appropriate level of protection and ease of use depending on the user's needs.

    Relatives or carers will also appreciate the ability to get the user's GPS location at any time via a simple SMS request.

This phone is an unlocked handset, allowing you to add your own SIM card with preferred number.

Once set up, if pressed, the assistance button can alert your emergency contacts that you need help.

Delivery

Your order will be processed promptly, and we expect to deliver in three to five working days, however some products are despatched directly from the supplier and may take longer, so please allow up to 14 days for standard delivery.

  • Standard UK delivery - £3.99 Royal Mail 2nd class delivery is usually 2-5 days.
  • Express UK delivery - £7.99 DPD Express delivery is currently 1-2 days. Orders placed by 1.00pm, Monday-Thursday, are despatched for the next working day. There is no next-day service on Friday for weekend delivery.
  • Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man and Gibraltar - Standard UK delivery only.
  • International - We do not currently offer international delivery.
  • Urgent or tracked orders - Please choose express delivery or call our team on 0333 366 0035 (local rate) for advice.

Returns

If a product is unsuitable or you’re unhappy we offer a 28-day return policy for any product purchased from our website.

We will replace the goods or refund your money, providing the product is returned as delivered, in it's original packaging, complete and undamaged.
