Encourage independence: These easy-to-use hygiene tools promote independence and support dignity, enabling people living with dementia to carry out daily tasks like clipping nails, bathing and cleaning.
Dementia-friendly: Our personal hygiene aids are tested and reviewed by people living with dementia to make sure they are fit for purpose.
Your order will be processed promptly, and we expect to deliver in three to five working days, however some products are despatched directly from the supplier and may take longer, so please allow up to 14 days for standard delivery.
Standard UK delivery - £3.99 Royal Mail 2nd class delivery is usually 2-5 days.
Express UK delivery - £7.99 DPD Express delivery is currently 1-2 days. Orders placed by 1.00pm, Monday-Thursday, are despatched for the next working day. There is no next-day service on Friday for weekend delivery.
Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man and Gibraltar - Standard UK delivery only.
International - We do not currently offer international delivery.

Returns
If a product is unsuitable or you’re unhappy we offer a 28-day return policy for any product purchased from our website.
We will replace the goods or refund your money, providing the product is returned as delivered, in it's original packaging, complete and undamaged.
Postage costs will not be refunded.
