Our products are tested and reviewed by people living with dementia and their carers to make sure they are fit for purpose. We use the feedback to decide which products to stock and to help with the information and advice we give.

We took the Simplicity Bar Phone along to the Young Onset Dementia Activists (YODA) in south-east London group, run by Bromley, Lewisham & Greenwich Mind. One of the members, Christopher, said "I like the “OK” and “Back” menu options, it doesn’t give me a headache.
