Digital gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
An email confirmation of your order is emailed to you.
A separate email is sent with each voucher code.
Email subject lines will clearly say 'Alzheimer's Society' and will be sent from 'Alzheimer's Society'.
Each voucher will be sent as a separate email, so if you purchase 2 x £25 and 1 x £50 for example, you will receive three email codes - one for each gift voucher.
Vouchers are emailed to you, so that you can email the code to your family or friend.
Our digital gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and can only be used as part or all of a transaction on the Alzheimer's Society online shop.
