What is VAT relief?

Our Talking Easy Radio and Music Player has been thoughtfully developed by Ravencourt Living in partnership with Alzheimer's Society, drawing on feedback from people living with dementia and their carers to create a product that is both easy to use and excellent value.

Featuring clear voice prompts, the player talks users through functions and menus, announcing radio stations, playback modes and selected options as they navigate the device. This audio guidance, combined with a large, high-contrast display, helps promote independence and confidence for people living with dementia, sight loss, reduced dexterity, or other accessibility needs.

To reduce complexity even further, the main controls can be hidden, leaving a simple one-button interface. The player also supports audiobooks via USB and can be used as a Bluetooth speaker, making it a versatile companion for everyday listening enjoyment.

How it works

Use the control knobs to set to a preferred station and volume, then the main controls can be hidden to leave one button. Turn the radio on and off by pressing the button on the top of the radio.

Your order will be processed promptly, and we expect to deliver in three to five working days, however some products are despatched directly from the supplier and may take longer, so please allow up to 14 days for standard delivery.

Standard UK delivery - £3.99 Royal Mail 2nd class delivery is usually 2-5 days.
Express UK delivery - £7.99 DPD Express delivery is currently 1-2 days. Orders placed by 1.00pm, Monday-Thursday, are despatched for the next working day. There is no next-day service on Friday for weekend delivery.
Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man and Gibraltar - Standard UK delivery only.
International - We do not currently offer international delivery.
