You will get a workbook with health information on the benefits of being active and the different ways people can be active and activities to help people living with dementia to think about why they’d like to become more active, how to get started and what they might like to try.

There’s also guidance to support personal goals and diary pages to track progress over time as well as a wallchart and a small deck of cards which provide activity inspiration, quotes from people living with dementia and facts about physical activity.

Our products are tested and reviewed by people living with dementia and their carers to make sure they are fit for purpose. We use the feedback to decide which products to stock and to help with the information and advice we give.
