How it works

Chatsie phones are easy to use and have great functionality with a very easy 'back' button at the bottom of each screen in case you think you've pressed the wrong button. The main screen displays the Call, Texts, Shortcuts (including to other apps) and Other menus; combined with the 'back' button, this phone is very simple to navigate.

Chatsie also offers remote support functionality to be provided by family or carers. A code generated by the phone can be activated by the phone user so that the phone settings can be accessed remotely online by their chosen individual.

The Chatsie support team also offer a free support line should assistance with set-up or any features of the phone be needed.

Delivery

Your order will be processed promptly, and we expect to deliver in three to five working days, however some products are despatched directly from the supplier and may take longer, so please allow up to 14 days for standard delivery.

Standard UK delivery - £3.99 Royal Mail 2nd class delivery is usually 2-5 days.
Express UK delivery - £7.99 DPD Express delivery is currently 1-2 days. Orders placed by 1.00pm, Monday-Thursday, are despatched for the next working day. There is no next-day service on Friday for weekend delivery.
Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man and Gibraltar - Standard UK delivery only.
International - We do not currently offer international delivery.
