The gorgeous Forget-me-not seed ball tubes, each contain 20 seed balls, packed with wildlife-friendly forget-me-not seeds. They work well in window boxes, balcony pots, garden beds and wildlife gardens. They make brilliant wedding favours or thoughtful gifts.
These forget-me-not seeds are held in clay, peat-free compost (to naturally protect the seeds from being eaten by birds and insects) and chilli powder (to deter slugs and snails from eating the young shoots).
There are 20 balls in each tube, and around 30 seeds per ball.
Best planted in Spring or Autumn, leaving at least 10cm between each ball, the seeds will germinate with water. Shoots can be seen within 2-4 weeks, but will also bloom the following year. We would advise using 20 seedballs per square metre, or 3-5 seed balls for a 35cm container.
