For people living with dementia, the Serenities 100 V2T multifunction phone offers thoughtful features designed to support memory, safety, and independence. The phone’s large, backlit display and simple photo memory keys make it easy to recognise and call loved ones; just press a button with their picture to connect instantly. Voice assistance guides users through menus and dialling, while the talking caller ID announces who is calling, reducing confusion and anxiety.

The powerful SOS button provides peace of mind: with one press, the phone automatically calls up to five emergency contacts and plays a personalised voice message, ensuring help is always within reach.

The phone can even detect dangerous room temperature changes and trigger emergency calls automatically.

With extra-loud ringer options, visual ring indicators, and compatibility with hearing aids, the Serenities 100 V2T has advanced voice-to-text technology, it automatically transcribes conversations in real time, making calls accessible for the hearing impaired and enabling text-to-voice responses for those with speech difficulties.

Connect the SERENITIES 100 to your tablet, smartphone or computer to have your conversations automatically transcribed: voice to text (audio out) / text to voice (audio in)
Audio-out (for the hearing impaired): a complete transcription of your conversation will be show in your chosen application
Audio-in (for the mute): write what you wish to communicate in a voice synthesizer that reads your texts so the person you are on the phone with can hear them

The Serenities 100 V2T phone is designed to make staying connected simple and safe for people living with dementia. Users can call loved ones at the touch of a photo memory button, while voice guidance and talking caller ID help make calls easier to manage and understand. In an emergency, pressing the SOS button automatically contacts up to five chosen people and plays a personalised message. The phone can also detect dangerous room temperature changes and trigger an alert. With voice-to-text technology, conversations are transcribed in real time, helping people with hearing loss, while text-to-voice responses support those with speech difficulties.

Delivery

Your order will be processed promptly, and we expect to deliver in three to five working days, however some products are despatched directly from the supplier and may take longer, so please allow up to 14 days for standard delivery.

  • Standard UK delivery - £3.99 Royal Mail 2nd class delivery is usually 2-5 days.
  • Express UK delivery - £7.99 DPD Express delivery is currently 1-2 days. Orders placed by 1.00pm, Monday-Thursday, are despatched for the next working day. There is no next-day service on Friday for weekend delivery.
  • Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man and Gibraltar - Standard UK delivery only.

We will replace the goods or refund your money, providing the product is returned as delivered, in it's original packaging, complete and undamaged.
